教學(xué)目標(biāo)：
1、掌握短語：write down， your name， your telephone numberm， in the form
2、能聽懂、會說、會用、會寫句子：Please write down your name and your home telephone number in the form。
3、進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫等綜合能力
教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)：
靈活運(yùn)用下列句式： Can I help you？/I want to join the football club。/What can you do？/I’m good at_____，I can ___。/Please write down your name and your telephone number in this form。
教學(xué)課時：一課時。
教學(xué)過程：
（一）復(fù)習(xí)引入。老師出示單詞卡片，讓學(xué)生讀單詞并試著用所示單詞說一句簡單的話：the football club， be good at， keep goal，run fast， jump high， write down， telephone number， form。
（二）你們知道的體育項(xiàng)目還有哪些？有什么特點(diǎn)？學(xué)生邊說邊引出下列詞匯并板書：play football/keep goal； play basketball/shoot the basket； play football/save shots； play ping—pong/meet balls；
Ok， I want to join the sports club。 What can I do ？ I can play football。I’m good at keeping goal。ok， Write down my name。老師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行對話練習(xí)，并引出Please write down your name and your home telephone number in this form。
（三）分別以football club， basketball club， ping—pong club為不同場景進(jìn)行對話。
（四）讀課本P53——54的對話。
課堂練習(xí)：
讓學(xué)生做《活動手冊》第III題，第IV題和第VI題。
通過練習(xí)使學(xué)生能更好的學(xué)以致用。
課外作業(yè)
1、熟記要求掌握的單詞和短語。
2、和同學(xué)運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識進(jìn)行情景對話
